Hey Butterflies!!
If you're like me,
you loooovvee food! You're a foodie!!! Yes, I'm one too :) I love to eat. I
consider food a fuel for the body and as such I live for food that's not only
tasty but can also fulfill all my dietary needs; foods full of nutrients
for a healthy, stronger me. :)
I also believe that
healthy eating has so many benefits. Eating healthy helps with your brain
function, the maintenance of a healthy weight, energy level, a healthy immune
system and also, eating healthy can actually work as a preventative measure
against many lifestyle diseases.
If you know
me, you'd know that I love skincare! I'm always concerned about the
effects food would have on my skin. I have eczema and acne prone skin so the
things I eat can actually start new breakouts or worsen the condition of my
skin.
I believe that
incorporating healthy eating habits into one's lifestyle is important and would
be much more advantageous in the long run that quick fix diets. You entire life
should be about treating your body with love not only by dressing it to look
great and covering it up with makeup that's BEAT, but by also ensuring that
it's fueled right. Oh, and I personally think that the body is the Temple of
the Holy Spirit and my desire is to treat it as such!
